The Austin Air Healthmate provides overall coverage for people with general air quality concerns. It provides overall coverage for a wide variety of gases, chemicals and allergens. The addition of zeolite improves coverage for formaldehyde and ammonia. The HEPA filter removes particulates as small as .1 microns. Good for those with allergies to mold, dust mites, and hay fever. The Healthmate B400 is effective for an area up to 1500 sq. ft. assuming average residential ceiling heights of 8 ft. It provides effective coverage of large household living areas, small apartments, and offices.
The Healthmate Jr. A200 is effective for an area up to 700 sq. ft. assuming average residential ceiling heights of 8 ft. It provides effective coverage for single rooms including bedrooms and individual offices.
Replacement filters are available to fit the Healthmate B400 and HM-400 as well as the Healthmate Jr. A200 and HM-200.
