In the unlikely event that you're not completely satisfied with your Austin Air cleaner, you may return it within 30-days, no-questions-asked.
Austin Air No Questions Asked Return:
You may return your Austin Air cleaner within 30 days for a full product-price refund as long as the item is in new condition, with original packaging. Please contact us so that we may obtain a Return Authorization (RA) from the manufacturer. The RA Number must be printed legibly and large enough to be easily seen on the outside of the return package. If there is no RA number on the package, delivery will be refused. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipment. Austin Air will not pay for or arrange the return of any product under the 30-day money back guarantee. Upon receipt of your returned item, you will be issued a credit for your purchase.
