Shipping

 

At Pure Air options, you save up to $40.00 on shipping charges because we pay for UPS Ground shipping to all destinations in the Continental USA. We also make every attempt to get your order processed and shipped the same day. If that is not possible, then your order will ship on the next business day or the day after a postal holiday.

We have discovered that one of our competitors is advertising "Free Express Shipping". Reading the fine print on their shipping information page will disclose that they actually offer Free Ground Shipping with faster shipping options available at extra cost. We can only assume that the term "Free Express Shipping" means that your order will be processed "quickly" for free. Clean Surroundings will also process your order quickly for free. That is the way it should be and we don't charge for UPS Ground Shipping. If you prefer 2nd Day Air or Overnight delivery, it is available at extra cost just like at our competition. Please call with your zip code so that we can obtain a quote. Your order will also be insured at no extra cost. If there is shipping damage to your air purifier when it arrives, call 866-460-7873 with the serial number printed on the side of the box and I will take care of the problem as quickly as possible. Again, no charge. Austin Air Purifiers are very good machines. We will do our best to ensure that you are a happy customer and breathe clean air in your home just as we have been doing since 2001. Account address and shipping address

The first name and address to be entered must be the same as your credit card billing address.  If your order will be shipped to an address other than your billing address, it may be entered by unchecking the checkbox just below the billing address entry form. The "ship to" address is used to determine if sales tax is charged. Sales tax applies only to orders shipped to Texas destinations.

 

Your email address

Your email address is required to login to your account.

If your email address changes, you are not required to open a new account. Please do the following before placing an order :

  • click on Log In at the top of the page
  • log in to your account with your OLD email address and password
  • edit your email address to your NEW email address
  • click on continue

After your new email address is listed in your account information, you may place an order and order status email will be sent to your new email address. Subsequent logins must be made with your new email address.

If your old email address is no longer useable and you're unable to log in because you've forgotten your password, please call us at 1-866-460-7873 to edit your account.

You will be notified by email through the email address provided in your account at the following times:

  • After opening your account.
  • After placing each order (Pending).
  • After we begin to process your order (Processing).
  • After your order is shipped (Shipped).
     

Shipping Method

Austin Air products are shipped via UPS Ground. Tracking information is usually forwarded to you within one business day after we process your order. We offer Free UPS Ground Shipping, up to a $40.00 value, to destinations in the Continental USA for air purifiers and replacement filters. Replacement filters come with a pre-filter. Except in extreme conditions, pre-filters usually do not need to be replaced separately.

For orders to international destinations, please call or email for a shipping quote.

 

After your order is shipped:

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you.
  • An invoice will be mailed separately.
